Q. Can I see some larger photo samples before I decide to make a request?
A. Yes, you may. Just send us an email.
Q. I have a completely off-the-wall idea. Can I run it by all of you?
A. Of course. Again, just send us an email and we'll tell you if it's impossible and how crazy you are (chances are, it's not and you're not).
Q. What if I can't email my images and I only have prints?
A. At this point, you have two options: take your photos to a copy center (Kinkos, etc.) or photo store/lab and have them scanned and placed on a storage disc so you can email digital files to us, or send us your photos via USPS certified mail and we'll scan them for you. We will only accept certified mail because that protects both parties should the images be lost in transit.
Q. How can I pay you?
A. We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa and Discover through PayPal, or you can send us a check or money order.
Q. Do I pay you before you complete my services?
A. No money up-front is necessary. We provide all clients with watermarked proofs so you can check to see that all services are to your satisfaction. If not, we allow you to make comments and correction suggestions for one more revision. Any further revisions beyond that will require a renegotiation of rates. If at any time in the process you are unsatisfied, you can cancel your order. Since payment is not required until the end of this process, you won’t forfeit any money.
Q. Has a request ever been denied?
A. Yes, if we feel that the images submitted for service would violate existing copyrights (ie, we won’t photoshop your head onto a popular cartoon character’s body).
