1) Gather all your image files and rename them with your last name, a reference number (sequentially, beginning with 1), and the current date. Your file names should look like this: smith_1_308.jpeg. That tells us that this image is part of the Smith order, that it's photo number 1, and that it was submitted on March 8th.

2) If the final retouched images are intended for printing later, please make sure that the images are at least 300 dpi. If you can't change the file resolution or don't know how, go ahead and submit the photos, let us know that you intend them for print use, and we will tell you if the photos are large enough for that purpose.

3) If you're able and are submitting multiple images, please compress all files into a zip file.

4) Click on the "SUBMIT A SERVICE REQUEST" button. This will open up a new email file to our service address.

5) Make a note in the email of your name, the best way to contact you (email is usually best for us), how many images you are submitting, and a description of what you would like done with each image. In the descriptions, please refer to each image by the reference number you assigned to each one in step 1. This will insure that we know exactly which image you are describing (we're simply not going to know who Aunt Peggy is, trust us).

6) Send the email. We will respond with a custom quote and any additional questions we may have about your service request. We will not start the service request until you have agreed on the quote and all details are confirmed.
